A new home in Downingtown, Pa was in serious need of completing an outdoor living space. The main floor of this house is elevated from ground level. The first thought is to install a deck, but we like to think beyond first thoughts.
That's a good start. Stone steps get one to ground level from the house. The large Pa bluestone flagstone patio features a natural wood burning fireplace with plenty of room to relax on the surrounding sitting walls. Once the plantings go in this Downingtown backyard will be hard to leave.
